With a strong background in windows and doors, Dustin brings valuable trade experience to the Timbercrest Home Services Team. His time working as a glazer has given him a solid understanding of proper installation, fit, and function, particularly on projects where precision and accuracy are essential.
In addition to his glazing experience, Dustin has spent many years working in general property maintenance, supporting a wide range of residential repairs and upkeep tasks. His hands-on experience allows him to approach jobs practically and efficiently, with a focus on completing work correctly and to standard.
Dustin contributes to projects where his technical background is a strong fit, assisting with installations, repairs, and ongoing maintenance services. His experience supports Timbercrest’s ability to handle both planned work and everyday service needs across residential properties.
Outside of work, Dustin is a new dad and enjoys spending time with his family and dogs. As part of the Timbercrest team, he plays a supporting role in developing maintenance solutions that help keep homes functional and well maintained.
Cameron Parisien
With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in comprehensive property maintenance and exterior services. My background includes extensive work with roofing, gutters, soffits, and fascia.
I take pride in delivering reliable and high-quality workmanship on every project. Whether it’s a small repair or a larger exterior improvement, I approach each job with care and attention to detail.
My focus is always on providing practical, solution-driven results. I believe in doing the work right the first time while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Mike Marcoux
With over 12 years of experience in construction, Mike brings a broad and practical understanding of the building process to the Timbercrest Home Services team. His background includes hands-on work in foundations, road construction, and demolition, providing him with a strong grasp of structural systems, site preparation, and the realities of working from the ground up.
In addition to field experience, Mike has spent two years in building material sales, working closely with homeowners, contractors, and builders. During that time, he developed in-depth knowledge of materials used throughout all stages of construction — from concrete and structural components to interior finishing products for residential and commercial spaces.
This combination of on-site construction work and material sales experience allows him to approach projects with a well-rounded perspective. He understands not only how things are built, but also how materials perform, interact, and should be selected based on the scope and requirements of each job.
