Service Call: $89 - Min Service Charge
Hourly Rate: $45/hr
Installations & Builds: shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, light fixtures, TV mounts, furniture assembly, playsets
General Repairs: squeaky doors, small drywall patches, trim repairs, interior painting, locks & handles, wobbly furniture
Small Plumbing Fixes: faucet & showerhead swaps, toilet adjustments, unclogs, running toilets
Electrical Basics: outlet & switch replacement, dimmers, LED upgrades, motion-sensor lights
Seasonal Care: gutter cleaning, pressure washing, filter changes, weatherproofing
Outdoor Upkeep: fence & gate repairs, screen replacements, patio furniture builds, holiday light hanging

Landlord Services
Property maintenance & turnover solutions — Avoid the cost of full-time staff
Work Order Service – $55/hr (1-hour minimum) + materials at cost +25%
Vacant Unit Turnovers – $500 base package per unit (repairs, patching, up to 5 wall repaints, rent-ready tune-up). Add-ons available.
Monthly Retainer Plans:
Basic – $400/month → 8 hrs included, $50/hr extra, turnovers $475 each
Standard – $800/month → 16 hrs included, $45/hr extra, turnovers $450 each
Premium – $1,500/month → 30 hrs included, $40/hr extra, turnovers $400 each
